1.Q:What's the advantage of electric bike?
A:You can not only ride it as ordinary bike but also choose battery powered mode when you get tired, and you don't need to get a license and pay parking fee.
2.Q:What is the maximum weight that they can handle ?
A:In general, our bikes are designed to carry up to 100kg. With heavier weights, the motor power on inclined and start-ups will not be optimal, and the bike's range will be reduced. Indeed, the rider's weight, where the bike is used, and the force of pedalling are closely linked, and all have an effect on the bike's range.
3.Q:Can you do our logo or band on the bikes?
A:No problem, if you order 1*20' container, we can do it for free, if you order less than that, we charge $100 for it at first, and you don't need to pay for it anymore in future order, when your orders reach 1*20' container, we can refund this $100 to you.
4.Q:Can I order some samples at first to see the quality?
A:No problem, if your order is less than 10 pcs, we need to charge some extra sample fee USD200.00,which is for custom applying, commodity inspection, inland transportation, seaport labor cost, express cost for BL....
5.Q: Do e-bikes make noise?
A: No. They are not loud at all. Compared to automobiles or motorcycle engines, an electric bike is virtually silent.
